As a lawyer in our Commercial Contracts & Litigation team, you will assist clients across various industries in developing strategic business structures, navigating critical challenges, and resolving or preventing disputes.
You will work on a variety of matters, from advising on contracts to tackling complex cases involving industrial construction and engineering, supply and distribution, joint ventures and production transformation agreements in key sectors such as energy, chemicals, agro-business, pharmaceuticals and retail.
