Corporate M&A Lawyer

Liedekerke is currently seeking a lawyer with a strong interest in corporate law and M&A.

You will be involved in a broad range of matters for a varied client base, with a particular focus on M&A and PE/VC transactions. Your tasks will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating deal documentation, engaging with the clients and their counterparts, and managing matters from inception to closing.

• Native (or, if not native, a perfect) French speaker, with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of Dutch.
• First class Belgian law degree – additional education abroad and/or advanced master’s in Corporate/Business Law is a plus.
• Excellent academic results.
• 4 to 6 years of experience with a top Belgian or international law firm.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Hands-on mentality, proactive and ready to take initiative.
• Client-oriented and a practical and commercial mindset.
• A team player while working independently.
