We are looking for a Paralegal Corporate to join a leading law firm in Brussels. This is a great opportunity to work within a highly regarded Corporate and M&A team, assisting on a variety of corporate matters in an engaging and dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support corporate law matters, including corporate housekeeping and compliance.
• Draft, translate, and legalize corporate documents such as shareholder resolutions and board minutes.
• Handle company registrations and deregistrations with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises.
• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of corporate legal documentation.
• Manage the team’s legal know-how database and provide input for presentations, articles, and newsletters.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong command of English.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research tools and MS Office.
• A proactive mindset, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
