About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for Marketing Legal Counsel. Thanks to your expertise in legal matters and your understanding of marketing law, you will contribute to the in-house Legal team. You will lead various activities related to marketing law while ensuring alignment and coordination with relevant stakeholders across departments.
You will support the team by providing legal advice and guidance on projects and initiatives, reviewing compliance with applicable regulations, and contributing to the development of policies and frameworks that align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to address potential legal risks and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your legal expertise, you will manage a wide range of responsibilities related to advertising, promotional activities, and sustainability topics within the Marketing Law team. Your role will involve drafting legal documentation for campaigns, appraising creative content across traditional and digital media, and coordinating with various stakeholders to address legal aspects of marketing initiatives.
You will develop and implement guidelines to ensure consistency in legal appraisals, handle complaints with Media/Advertising Authorities, and provide legal advice on sustainability claims related to packaging, environmental impact, and product properties. Additionally, you will oversee collaboration with other Legal Competence Centers (LCCs) and regional legal managers, fostering alignment on global commitments such as packaging and footprint reduction.
Your role will also require coordination with Public Relations to address legal concerns around advertising and sustainability topics, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for consumer and media inquiries. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work on global projects and contribute to shaping Ferrero's legal and sustainability strategies.
 

Who we are looking for:

You hold a degree in Law and bring 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
You are well-versed in the latest technological innovations and understand their impact on the world from a legal perspective. You bring an innovative approach to your work, integrating forward-thinking solutions into legal strategies and ensuring alignment with emerging trends and challenges.
You are fluent in English. You are proactive, have attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Your ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships will be key in coordinating with different departments. This role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse projects and contribute to ensuring legal consistency in marketing practices.
