Lange & Söhne, Baume & Mercier, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Piaget, Roger Dubuis and Vacheron Constantin; and Other, primarily Fashion & Accessories Maisons with Alaïa, Chloé, Delvaux, dunhill, Gianvito Rossi, Montblanc, Peter Millar including G/FORE, Purdey, Serapian as well as Watchfinder & Co. In addition, Richemont operates NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, THE OUTNET, YOOX and the OFS division.


How will you make an impact? 

Based in Luxembourg and part the Group legal team, as a Corporate Legal Counsel you will have a focus on value creation, agility while ensuring alignment in line with Group Legal Strategy. Leading and managing internal corporate legal matters for the Richemont Group in Benelux, Luxembourg, and selected ROW jurisdictions, you will ensure compliance, governance, and provide strategic legal support.  

 

Key responsibilities: 

  •  Advise on corporate matters including M&A, restructuring, governance, and transactional activities. 
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (agreements, resolutions, minutes, etc.). 
  • Collaborate with Group functions (Treasury, Tax, Finance, HR) and external advisers to structure advantageous transactions. 
  • Manage company secretarial activities and statutory registers for Luxembourg and ROW entities. 
  • Coordinate board, audit, and shareholder meetings, including approvals and filings. 
  • Oversee legal aspects of capital contributions, liquidations, mergers, and management changes. 
  • Ensure use of legal tech and contribute to knowledge management tools. 
  • Update corporate database and structure charts. 
  • Coordinate external law firms and monitor service providers. 
  • Provide legal advice and support for cross-border projects and corporate governance initiatives. 
  • Act as a Q&A resource for Luxembourg and ROW legal matters. 

  

How will you experience success with us? 

  • Legal advisory in Luxembourg, multinational/cross-border corporate governance, and company secretarial expertise. 
  • Focus on drafting, governance, and finance-related agreements. 
  • Initiative, proactivity, responsiveness, stakeholder management, and attention to detail. 
  • Analytical skills, adaptability, and collaborative mindset. 
  • Strong oral and written communication, with fluency in French and English (other languages are a plus). 
  • Digitally savvy with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and legal tech solutions. 
  • Self-starter with flexibility, maturity, and eagerness for professional growth.
