What the role entails

We are seeking an experienced legal and administrative assistant to join our small Luxembourg-based team specializing in providing legal and administrative support to our lawyers primarily in the UK and Luxembourg, but also globally where required. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the set up and ongoing maintenance of our corporate special purpose vehicle structures. The candidate will have a strong background in legal administration.

What You Bring to The Role 

  • Assist in the set-up of our corporate SPV entities in UK and Europe, including providing support to legal counsel in KYC/AML requests
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing any documents such as forms, contracts, policy and procedure documents, corporate documents and general correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to the global legal team, including organizing docusigns, execution of agreements, filing and diary management
  • Organizing and maintaining the database of legal documents
  • Handling paper mail and general correspondence
  • Liaising with service providers as required
  • Help with setting up the office and the daily administration of the office
  • Assist in organizing meetings, including internal, board and shareholder meetings

 Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in law, legal studies, or a related field
  • Minimum three years of professional experience gained in the team of an international company or similar environment
  • Previous experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department is preferred
