Department: The Corporate Secretary (COSE) and Business Conduct Compliance team is seeking an experienced Corporate Relations & Business Cond. Compliance Manager to join the team in Tenaris Luxembourg.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance best practices, the Luxembourg legal and regulatory environment, and compliance requirements. You will support the team in maintaining corporate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal and administrative assistance in corporate governance matters.

  • Be part of Tenaris Corporate Secretary (COSE) and Business Conduct Compliance team in Luxembourg.
  • Maintain best practices in the Corporate governance space, including market trends and changes in regulations and others specific requirements in Luxembourg.
  • Prepare and submit filings with the exchanges, regulators and Luxembourg Business Registers, taking into account updated compliance with regulations and other specific requirements in Luxembourg.
  • Maintain corporate records and statutory registers.
  • Contract review and invoices follow up for COSE vendors and invoices.
  • Provide assistance and review of legal documentation relating to standard corporate administration (such as the approval of the annual accounts, change of managers-directors, powers of attorneys, etc…).
  • Tracking and checking documents (legislation, signature…).
  • Assist in the organization of audit committee and board / shareholders’ meetings, providing assistance and review of the related documentation (minutes, proxies, shareholder convening notices, shareholder minutes, powers of attorney etc).
  • Follow up of specific projects and support other COSE activities
  • Assist different activities of the anticorruption and personal data protection program and compliance reporting.
  • Give support for data analytics, research, write guidelines, draft compliance reports and presentations.
  • Organize and register trainings to employees regarding Compliance policies, and regulatory changes.
  • Support other Compliance activities


Qualifications:

  • Academic degree in law or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg legal and regulatory environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within Luxembourg.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in compliance monitoring
  • Professional attitude: enthusiastic, positive, collaborative, and engaging, while building strong working relationships.
