Amandine Van Dooren - Legal Recruiter
Amandine began her academic journey with a Bachelor in Law, followed by a Master in Business Administration with a focus on people and change management. She gained valuable experience at Deloitte as an HR Transformation Consultant, where she helped multinational companies optimize their HR strategies and processes. Amandine is quadrilingual (French, English, Dutch, Italian) and known for her empathy, relationship-building skills, and deep understanding of legal recruitment.
Ilan Smadja - Co-founder & Senior Recruiter
With a Master’s in Finance and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Ilan brings over five years of recruitment experience, specializing in support roles such as PA, BD, IT, HR, and Finance. Passionate about recruitment, he co-founded Stark Recruitment with a clear mission: to build Belgium’s most quality-driven recruitment consultancy.
