The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) introduces various ICT security requirements for a wide range of financial entities, as well oversight requirements and mechanisms regarding certain ICT service providers.
These requirements and mechanisms are spread across the Regulation itself and its supplementary technical standards, guidelines or delegated acts.
Although in-scope entities and other relevant stakeholders are expected to comply with the entire DORA framework by 17 January 2025, some requirements are not final yet and/or may lead to confusion as to their practical application.
Therefore, in this webinar, our Information & Communication Technology (ICT) team will first of all provide you with an update on the current status of DORA, focusing on both first-level and second-level requirements and their interrelationship. Second, we will look into specific questions which often arise in practice such as the correct application of exceptions and exemptions, the extent of the register of information or the relationship between DORA and other regulatory frameworks.
