BSP is pleased to announce the arrival of Françoise Pfeiffer, who has joined the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets department as Senior Counsel, and the promotion of three counsels, four senior associates and three associates, as of 1st January 2025.
Françoise Pfeiffer has extensive experience in banking and finance and capital markets law and was formerly a partner in a Luxembourg law firm. She has also experience in investment funds, asset management and private equity. Françoise started her career in a leading Luxembourg law firm before being appointed as in-house counsel with the Luxembourg Central Bank. Thereafter Françoise has been practicing within some major international law firms in Luxembourg. She holds a Master in International Business Law from King's College London and a Master in private law from Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg.
Elzbieta Tumko (Banking & Finance and Capital Markets), Carolina Vasselli (Dispute Resolution) and Pauline Wirtzler (Employment, Compensations & Benefits) have been promoted to Counsel.
BSP also promoted to Senior Associate Mikail Ceylan, Maria Natsiou, Alexeji Nickels and Alexandra Simon. Promoted to Associate are: Danai Bastouli, Leonardo Mastropietro and Aylin Sandra Pérez Utria.
This latest round of promotions spans across various practice groups, including Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Compensations & Benefits, Investment Management and Private Equity. The promotions highlight the firm’s commitment to investing in talent and providing outstanding services to clients.
