As of September 1, 2024, Paul Alain Foriers, one of our founding partners, began his tenure as Dean of the Supreme Court Bar. This new role marks another milestone in his exceptional career.
Paul Alain Foriers is a pillar of our firm, embodying the values that define us. Since our foundation in 2003, he has significantly shaped our firm’s identity.
He continues to inspire our lawyers with his unparalleled expertise and passion for the law, demonstrated both at the bar and in academia. His contributions include participating in the drafting of the 2019 "Code of Companies and Associations" and the project for Book 7 of the new Civil Code concerning "Special Contracts."
