We are delighted to announce the launch of THE ACADEMY by Loyens & Loeff: our legal, regulatory and tax training centre in Luxembourg.
The aim to set up THE ACADEMY by Loyens & Loeff was driven by the increasing needs of our clients to stay fully abreast of the ever changing and interrelated legal, tax and regulatory developments, that we have noticed over our constant exchanges with the major market players.
Initiated by Mathilde Lattard, Corporate, M&A Partner, and Jérôme Mullmaier, Investment Management Partner, the project aims at providing the necessary understanding, update and insights to the professionals in Luxembourg in order to help them manoeuvre the regulatory constraints and constant wave of new rules being adopted each year.
