DSM Avocats à la Cour is pleased to announce the arrival of Robert KAYSER as Counsel – Avocat à la Cour.
Mr. KAYSER has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2009 and brings with him expertise in several areas of law, be it Commercial and Business Law, Employment and Social Security Law, Real Estate and Construction Law, Inheritance Law as well as Dispute Resolution.
Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour in January of 2024, he worked with various Luxembourg law firms providing legal services to a national and international clientele, whether it be in an advisory capacity or representing clients in litigation.
Mr. KAYSER holds a Master 2 (2008) in European law from the Université Paris-II Panthéon-Assas, a Master of Laws LL.M. (2007) from Humboldt Universität in Berlin as well as an associate degree (DEUG) in law (2005) from the Franco-German Legal Center (Sarre University).
In addition to his legal expertise, he is a member of several international legal networks, including Deutscher Anwaltverein DAV Luxemburg, and speaks French, German, English, Spanish and Luxembourgish.
