Job description

  • Lead Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate matters regarding Luxembourg companies, overseeing the paralegal and administrative support provided to clients.
  • Strategic Oversight: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of client companies, ensuring the smooth preparation and execution of board meetings, shareholder meetings, and the preparation of a variety of corporate documents.
  • Supervise Legal and Investment Monitoring: Oversee legal proceedings related to investments, holding structures, and assets within client portfolios, ensuring all matters are addressed proactively.
  • Manage Corporate Transactions: Lead the incorporation, merger, and liquidation processes, taking responsibility for the efficient and compliant execution of these operations.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, local notaries, public authorities, and financial institutions, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team, providing guidance, support, and oversight on corporate matters. Work closely with managers and partners to ensure operational efficiency and accurate monitoring of all transactions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Cooperate with other departments to ensure comprehensive monitoring and execution of all transactions, aligning team efforts with organizational goals and client needs.

Your profile

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg, ideally within a financial or corporate services environment.
  • Proven expertise in Luxembourg company law, with the ability to provide strategic insights and solutions to complex corporate matters.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, supervise, and guide a team effectively.
  • Professional proficiency in English, plus either French and/or German, is required
  • Client-focused with the ability to lead and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
