Associate Corporate law and M&A

To reinforce our team in Brussels, we are looking for a (Junior) Associate with expertise or a keen interest in Corporate law and M&A.

As a Corporate and M&A Associate, you will, among other responsibilities:

• provide our clients with a wide range of assistance, including in relation to M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, management incentives, corporate restructurings, and general corporate law advice in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
• offer guidance on all corporate law issues that an organisation may encounter during its lifetime, both contentious and non-contentious.
• build excellent client relationships.
• help manage and develop the team.
• support the growth ambitions of the team.

Since Eubelius is a full-service firm, we can draw on the expertise of specialists in our other practice areas, including tax, employment and pensions, competition, real estate, environment, intellectual property, insurance and commercial law.

We are looking for a candidate:

• with a Belgian law degree which shows evidence of strong academic results.
• who is fluent in Dutch and who has an excellent knowledge (both written and verbal) of French and English.
• who is a dynamic, hands-on attorney with the ambition to further develop the Corporate and M&A practice at Eubelius.
• who is not afraid to take on responsibility, a real team player and a strong communicator.
• who has 2-5 years of relevant experience.
