About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we're searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our Legal department for a 6-month internship starting in March.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Compliance and Legal Operations Intern, you will work closely with the compliance team to help ensure the company maintains its legal and ethical standards. Thanks to your familiarity with IT tools, you will assist in digitalizing and streamlining legal processes, contributing to compliance activities in areas such as antitrust, anti-bribery, data protection, and ESG & Sustainability.


You will support efforts to enhance the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, as well as contribute to sustainability communications. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Area International team, researching laws, drafting documents, and supporting various legal projects.


In this role, you will assist in researching legal areas such as economic sanctions, governance, contracts, food and regulatory law, trade, corporate law, and marketing & media law. You will also prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, and conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to support your research.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your Degree in Law with a strong academic background, ideally with some exposure to antitrust, data protection, or ESG matters. Thanks to your fluency in English and any additional language skills, you’ll be well-prepared to work in an international environment.


You bring attention to detail and effective communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow in the field. You will apply your interest in digitalization and IT to help enhance compliance processes, working collaboratively and with an organized approach to your tasks.


Thanks to your flexibility and adaptability, you will navigate various tasks smoothly. You’re a team player who approaches projects with a proactive mindset, allowing you to contribute effectively in a dynamic environment.
