To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an experienced Lawyer - Corporate Law

Your tasks:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and evaluating legal documents such as board minutes, shareholder resolutions, loan agreements, domiciliation agreement, shareholder register, proxies, etc.
  • Implementation of internal compliance policies and corporate governance
  • Follow-up on client requests and participation in meetings or conference calls with clients
  • Liaising with third parties, such as (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, and government institutions
  • Ensure that all legal and compliance procedures are in accordance with the law and regulations
  • Assist clients in the implementation and incorporation of companies of a commercial, SOPARFI, financing, real estate nature
  • Have an active impact on the preparation of legal documents for our clients (analysis of legal documents, regulations
  • Follow-up of the regulatory framework
