Your role

Our Compliance team undertake the full range of compliance related activities for Saltgate S.A.

Reporting to the Head of Luxembourg, you will be charge of the control and oversight of compliance with the AML/CFT professional obligations, mentoring the AML Team and assisting Saltgate S.A. in meeting any compliance function reporting obligations and duties.

Your focus

Compliance Officer

  • Execution of compliance monitoring programme
  • Maintenance of regulatory watch, including gap analysis of new / updated laws and regulations and reporting to board
  • Have oversight of the tasks performed by the Compliance Administrator
  • Contribute to and oversee the remediation of identified compliance risk areas / deficiencies
  • Act as a key point of contact with the CSSF

Responsible du Controle

  • Monitor and assess the Company’s compliance with its obligations re. AML/CFT/CPF and the appropriateness of the Company’s infrastructure, organisation, policies, procedures and processes re. AML/CFT/CPF
  • Review high risk AML/CFT/CPF workflows, PEP associations, blocked accounts
  • Implement and ensure the realization of the AML/CTF training and awareness-raising program
  • Report to the RR and the board on the monitoring of the Company’s performance regarding AML/CFT/CPF

Your experience

  • Experience working as compliance manager level or similar position
  • Must hold ACAMS or equivalent qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT Luxembourg regulations
  • Ability to manage complexity, cutting through a high quantity of information
  • Be highly accountable to meet commitments
  • Well based commercial awareness, using business insight and client intel to improve service provision and advance the organisation’s goals
  • Instil trust and gain the confidence of others

Any questions or issues should be escalated in a timely manner to designated individuals, or if in doubt, consultation should take place with the relevant line manager.
