Your mission

  • Collaborate with a team of 2-5 people
  • Be responsible for 
    • performance of investor related services
    • diligent onboarding of our clients and investors
    • preparation of subscription/redemption agreements, capital call notices, distribution notices etc.
    • preparation of cash reconciliations, distribution calculations, equalization calculations etc.
    • maintenance of KYC information
    • performance of ongoing monitoring tasks related to investors
    • contribution to the establishment and maintenance system environment
    • maintenance of documentation in KYC process
    • coordination with internal departments (Compliance, Fund Administration, Corporate Secretary)
  • Be part of the further development and enhancement of the Regulatory Department
  • You have a strong attention to detail
  • Support your team and team leader in the course of any requests from the auditors

Your profile

  • You have a financial/legal background, for example a respective university degree or similar
  • You have a basic understanding of the Luxemburgish Alternative Fund environment
  • You are a passionate team member and you love working in a team
  • You are eager to learn and motivated to satisfy our client expectations
  • You are used to working independently and in an organized manner
  • You are fluent in German and/or English
